Martha Stewart, 81, makes ‘historic’ debut as cover girl for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue

Martha Stewart, aged 81, has made a groundbreaking appearance as the cover model for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. This iconic issue also features three other cover models, Megan Fox, Kim Petras, and Brooks Nader.

Martha, the oldest participant ever at 81, expressed her surprise, saying, “I’m going to be the oldest person I think ever on a cover of Sports Illustrated.” She embarked on this adventure in the Dominican Republic, calling it a “challenge.”

For her cover shoot, Stewart donned 10 different outfits, but the chosen one featured her in a white swimsuit with a plunging neckline and an orange shawl.

Martha Stewart emphasizes that age is merely a number, asserting, “Age is not the determining factor in terms of friendship or in terms of success.” She encourages self-confidence and defies societal norms, describing herself as a “teacher” who aims to inspire others to embrace their age.

Martha Stewart’s remarkable journey challenges stereotypes about aging and is a testament to her enduring vitality and spirit.
