Savannah Chrisley reminisced about her ex-fiancé, Nic Kerdiles, on her “Unlocked” podcast, stating, “I’m also still mourning the loss of someone who meant the absolute world to me.” Kerdiles, a former NHL player, died aged 29 in a motorcycle crash on September 23 in Nashville.
The mishap occurred when he ran a stop sign and collided with an SUV, with no impairments found in either driver. Following his hockey stint with the Anaheim Ducks and Winnipeg Jets, Kerdiles transitioned into real estate.
Despite their engagement ending in 2020, Chrisley’s emotional bond with Kerdiles remained strong, as depicted in her posthumous social media post saying, “I miss you and I love you.” Chrisley took a week off from her podcast, reflecting on Kerdiles’ lasting impact, sharing, “Nic made a huge impact on my life,” showcasing the profound influence Kerdiles had on her, making his sudden demise a somber chapter in her life.
