A tragic accident unfolded in West London as a man fell from a window while attempting to rescue a stuck cat named Honeybun. The fall onto a concrete patio proved fatal, and emergency services confirmed the death at the scene.
The incident, initially treated as suspicious, was later ruled an accident. The man was discovered by his longtime partner, Teresa Marshall de Paoli, who was left devastated by the loss.
It was later confirmed that the victim was Michael Brudenell-Bruce, 98, the 8th Marquess of Ailesbury, a former Eton student, Royal Horse Guards captain, and stockbroker.
