23-year-old mom makes history with a birth that only happens once in 480 years

In 2013, Alexandra Kinova and her husband, Antonin, from the Czech Republic, experienced a one-in-seven-million miracle. Already parents to one son, they initially expected twins, but later learned Alexandra was carrying quintuplets.

With 40 medical staff present, Alexandra delivered five healthy babies via C-section: four boys—Daniel, Michael, Alex, and Martin—and a girl, Terezka. She became the first woman in the Czech Republic to deliver quintuplets without fertility treatments.
