  • 1 potato

  • Water (1 cup)


  1. “Chop Potatoes and Carrots” into small pieces and put them aside.
  2. Season the beef with “Creole spice, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery chips, and parsley.”
  3. Brown the beef in a skillet and transfer to a casserole dish. Add a cup of water and extra Creole spices if you like. Cover with foil.
