A man suspects his wife of cheating and comes home early. Disheveled, she greets him at the door. “Where’s the guy?” he yells. She denies everything, but he storms through the house searching.
On the second floor, he spots a man in a Volkswagen outside. Furious, he hurls the fridge out the window at him, has a heart attack, and dies.
At the Pearly Gates, St. Peter greets him, hears the story, and sends him to hell. Moments later, the guy from the Volkswagen shows up. “A fridge fell on me!” he exclaims. St. Peter sighs and sends him to hell too.
Moral of the story: Sometimes, it’s better not to jump to conclusions—or throw refrigerators!
