Anthony Loffredo, known as the “most modified man,” has embarked on an extraordinary quest to transform himself into a “black alien.”

The 33-year-old Frenchman has undergone a series of radical body modifications, including bifurcating his tongue, removing his nose, and adorning his body with tattoos and piercings.

His recent step involved surgically removing two fingers to create a claw-like hand. Despite these shocking changes, Anthony believes he’s only achieved 34 percent of his desired transformation.

Anthony’s journey, spanning over a decade, has led him to engage in risky procedures like eyeball tattooing and ear removal. He often seeks medical procedures abroad due to their illegality in France. His Instagram account, the Black Alien Project, documents his transformation and has gained a significant following.
