90-year-old woman retires after 74 years in the same store – she never had a day off

Melba Mebane, a remarkable 90-year-old woman from Texas, recently retired from her retail job at a department store where she had worked for an astonishing 74 years. Throughout her long career, Melba never called in sick or missed a shift, exemplifying a strong work ethic and dedication.

Melba’s positive attitude and commitment to her job left a lasting impact on her colleagues. Despite the changing times, she remained a beacon of integrity and values.
